Experienced Oriental Garden Design
Ken Lamb is Imperial Gardens’ founder and chief designer. He plays a pivotal role in the project management, construction, and design of Oriental gardens, as well as water features.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New South Wales, where he majored in modern landscape painting and abstract steel structure. His lifelong devotion to art and fascination with Oriental aesthetics ultimately led to him creating Imperial Gardens.
Imperial Gardens has gained respect and recognition from the landscaping community over the past 30 years. We hold seven awards from the Landscape Contractors Association (LCA), including Landscape Company of the Year and Best Landscape Feature.
